Mentoring offers the best of both worlds – you give and receive. When implemented flexibly, with an eye toward the balance of personal and organisational goals, mentorship can yield tangible and mutually rewarding results for benefactors and beneficiaries alike.
Lead Delivery Manager and Operational Tooling Transformation Programme Lead
Dave has worked in and around project, programme, and change management since 2000. Since the creation of BPDTS, Dave’s been instrumental to BPDTS’ internal organisational transformation work – something he enjoys enormously and is passionate about getting right.
Outside of work, Dave’s an avid sportsman, playing golf and cricket, while also following a wide range of sports, including football. An enthusiastic traveller, Dave’s favourite destination is Western Canada, (BC and Vancouver Island). The region offers breath-taking landscapes, amazing wildlife, and ample opportunity to trek, canoe, kayak, swim – or just relax and wallow in its beauty.
